Mate , it's not just this process. Any DLE is going to have huge waste brine outputs especially at this ppm. MAN will be in the sh"t here too.
You could evaporate the waste brine and create a huge inland lake. you could truck the brine. or you could put it back underground. costs and feasibility will be your driver to decision
