Great jobs numbers? If you dig into the numbers doesn't take long to realise they don't get much worse:


Full-time workers -625K, Part-time workers +286K, Unemployment rises to 4%.


This is what bulls are dancing about for a soft landing? lol. Note retail will be wiped out in the crash, negative equity = bankruptcy. So when I say wiped out I mean wiped out. Same script, different actors, rinse and repeat, retail never learn. Good luck .
