How are people like you going to handle the some 356 pages of cuts and pastes that make up the bulk of the Booklet?
You won't read it - it is just Goldman Sachs garbage re-branded to Grant Thornton. Goldman Sachs possibly paid Grant Thornton a fee to be able to use their name?
The takeover "bid" is a stitch up orchestrated between certain Genex directors, (including the one employed by J - Power), and Goldman Sachs.
Note; Genex shareholders are still in the dark about the terms and conditions of the $610 million taxpayer funded "SECRET" loan.
