The buyback amount previously advised is for $275m.
Id say they will keep any future amounts of cash from Boutiques sales and pay them out as dividends.
The quality of Tier 1 Boutiques left is concerning, only really smaller parcel of Pennybacker and VPC as anything noteworthy. Banner Oak hopefully we receive our capital back when its eventually wound up. Maybe ROC will be reclassified as a Tier 1 this reporting window?
