I started investing property in the 70's, so I'm not young. But I was very young then. You get the rental, the mortgages are tax deductible, you renovate old properties, and Bob's your uncle.
Not without its dramas, but certainly more exciting than staring at a chunk of useless metal and waiting for Armageddon.
