    Most indicators are overbought, QE2 and current elections are probably priced in.

    I would much rather a orderly pull back at this point.

    As for CPL I can always re-enter after the market determines its direction.

    As much as I love this stock, I am starting to learn to manage risk, after many painful lessons of ignoring warning signs.
