Mate not having a crack but you sound very new to this, and in your last post you said you're selling 4 other stocks to free up capitol to investive in SUM.
And here you asking very basic questions about explorers, cap raising and drilling.
My honest OPINION is to please get some advice on these matters that aren't on Hot Copper. It could burn you.
