I am a big fan of this NPV document. The assumptions are very conservative and still delivers a compelling positive outlook. Call it superstition but this NPV document always comes out and gets posted just prior to a CR. My belief is we won't have a CR in the near future so I hope we break the trend and hopefully banished the NPV prior to CR curse.
