Alex...you are. absolutely correct...if we could change to Solar, Wind and Nuclear like snapping our finger tomorrow Alex I'm sure we would all want that..but the reality is that our whole economic system is built on Oil,Coal and Gas and a little nuclear and a little solar....
We will take time to swop over from 80% of our energy in Oil, Coal and Gas and in the swop over ,much as I hate to say it Alex, we will cause one hell of a lot of pollution and increase the Carbon dioxide world wide creating these new sources of power ..I believe it will be done ...but the question is will it be Hydrogen that leads the way...it's unknown what path the energy transformation will take...many countries are still uncertain ...will it be Electric,hydrogen power or ?
I agree big changes need policies for change ...Biden is changing the power production and transmission...The USA has put many billions of dollars aside to raise solar panel generation from 3% of USA electricity to 30% of USA electricity by 2050...Thats commitment Alex.. All the best to All.
