Agree, from Scotts narrative I think we will be looking at a JV which will give us a valuation.

4 wells free carry plus a percentage of back costs would get us across the line for the future, it will be the $$$ per working interest that will be interesting if an entity does come forward.

Effectively we have 80%, at some point the back in for 10% will happen, but how much that affects us depends on what we still hold.

The PPSA is not the be all and end all for the sp, I would prefer to think of it as the first bounce as the game begins.
