Agree with all the above, I’ve been buying shares since well before the SS and although I believe in IXR I to have voted NO.
I like Lynch but when he left SYA due to personal reasons (which I don’t believe was the case) he awarded himself 10 million share just prior to his resignation, even though the SH voted 45% against it.
Im fed up of looking at my portfolio and seeing a negative growth while Board members are gracing themselves with free accolades. Grow the company first then SH will support you back.
