Im not across the specifics of this science. But this has reduced my expectations on Azercels ability to succeed. And helps explain to me why precision bio was not able to sell it in the USA. And had to settle on $10M USD upfront payment from a small Ozzie bio tech with no history in CarT.

- Five grade 5 adverse events - which is death.
eLD 17/2 = 12% fatality rate. MLD 6/3 = 50% fatality rate. On one of the slides.

If they reduced the dose adverse events went down. But so did the overall response rate from the population that were responding. That's what you call a rock and a hard place. 60% chance of cure. >10% chance of death.

For anyone reading please note these grade 5 events appear to be in a sub population. I don't know how that translates to the Azercel phase 1 trial overall with 84 patients.
