If it is part of what they're up to, they've kept a lid on it.
I don't expect any overseas stuff to happen any time soon and, with benefit of hindsight, suspect that any PWN mentions of overseas opportunities over the last few years were more about putting out some sort of positive news rather than any expectation to pursue in the near term.
Getting things happening at home is a big enough challenge for now.
