considering the initial offer to use shares to purchase them last time was the initial catalyst to a massive decline in share price, i am unsure the market would recover from another blow that low. initially i thought for sure this announcement would breath some life into the company. ultimately, not appearing so. coupled with regulations that are inevitably on the horizon in the coming years, this may be a lost caused.
