The government absconded from it's responsibility to provide rental housing by conning the people to do it for them, then they put policies in place to force house prices up

Now there is the continual talk of removing NG and also the very restrictive (Vic) changes to the residential tenancies act, plus the (Vic) land tax increase, not to mention bringing in millions of migrants who get preference to everything

It's a no brainer - don't invest in property in Victoria .

One of my sons has 6 investment homes but only 1 in Vic .
