I was wondering, if they're in need of cash, why aren't they selling their US$103 million (48C) tax credit. Of course it will have to be sold at a certain discount, but issuing new shares at the current price seems to me to be a much worse deal. When announcing the 48C tax credit, they indicated that it could also be sold.
