as far as losing goes ---------- Macron will be President barring some kind of unforeseen happening - like a boxing injury or similar

and he'll see out his last term - AND he'll use his great powers - he WILL pick his Prime Ministers AND he will instruct them to use 49.3 'again' if he chooses
