You are absolutely against Ukraine negotiating any peace on terms acceptable to them and yet you keep demanding Ukraine "negotiate", it's just strange some of the definitions you come out with, I think you might need to check the dictionary for the definition of the word as you are using it wrong.

Putin's surrender demands in 2022 failed, he has lost that chance of pressure he had then as he failed to capture Kyiv and has zero chance of ever doing so, the battlefield conditions have changed and are not at all in his favour, time is not on his nor Russia's side.

Putin can end his failed war any day he likes and does not need to negotiate with anyone to do so.

The quicker Putin ends his failed war, the better for everyone.
