    - IP seems promising and could help a lot of people
    - Leadership was good (hopefully will still be good)

    Against CHM

    - Biotech sector hammered over past 2.5 years
    - High interest rates make speculative stocks less attractive
    - CHM is a biotech + speculative stock

    I will hold. But the headwinds might take 1 or 2 years to get better.
