Who first announced it?
If it was by the current CEO how long after his appointment?
If it was by the previous board why has it taken so long?
Sure a cyclone helps but was the significance of the damage due to Gemco's incompetence?
What would you expect from a board when the commodity price was in serious decline?
Sure we like to see management with skin the game but theres no correlation to a companies success and the size of the boards or managements skin in the game.
Sure most CEO's on asx are way over paid with ridiculous incentives.
