A fair value calculation? If the article is to be believed, it infers STX have identified Gina on the register. We can't expect fair value unless a second suitor emerges. Despite the ABN faux pas, I suspect MIN won't compete against Gina if she bids. Let's hope BPT or WDS want to get into the mix.
