As far as I can ascertain, Wise-Owl did not include the potential for hair loss revenue. It only included "Cellmid's immediate product development focus and does not take into account the substantial product pipeline both in the therapeutic and diagnostic business streams". IMO 13.5c valuation is way too conservative.

Today's announcement may also bring forward or clinch more lucrative licensing deals as well.
