Yes @ HongKongPhooey - because it means that there will most likely be a loss incurred on this early production that must be funded.
Which bit is hard to understand?
The company is living on borrowed money is it not?
And those cash/borrowing facilities reserves will be running down - will they not?
So, calculating the rate of losses on commissioning is somewhat important - is it not?
Producing more at large losses means faster depletion and thus brings forward the need for additional funding - does it not?
