This is better than pretending all is fine and ALK should have made this news first before dropping bombs on random interview which caused massive uncertainty over the last few weeks.
Moving forward ALK has to find better way to communicate - communicate to the market first then talk about the stuff on interviews. This is basics.

Overall this is good announcement and clears the way forward. Wording is clear and explains what caused. Also, confirmation things are going well at Roswell now.

Last bad news (in my view) will be to new costing for the expansion then it should be clear path forward.
