    Pure speculation on my part.....they may sell off the NZ land to Delegats the tenant and become an Aus vineyard landlord only...simplifies business, raises cash to keep bankers happy and prevents need for cap raising.
    Bit of a pointless post really, we'll know the facts tomorow!
