Call me a skeptic. Why would Gina leak this? No benefit to her. So STX probably leaked it. What benefit? A bit of rumourmongering to buoy a deflated share price?
Is it a signal to Gina to get it done and make the offer?
I think perhaps that Strike are announcing they're up for sale.
