In an interview that followed the restructure of YXR, which went on to become DVP, Billy the Legend said his father told him he was wasting his time working for other people and should work for himself but it seems he added a sweetener by working for himself while being funded by others to work for them

The games go on. I notice he is issuing shares to others for $3.20 a share in DVP while converting his massive pile of 67c options

He is certainly a legend story teller selling the story that DVP is worth $3.20 to outsiders.

Will it ever make a profit? It seems their projects are only funded to the spread sheet stage. $623m of cap ex is forecast to be required to get them to the operational stage.
