I think the other aspect to this is that Abotomey still is waiting in the wings and presumably ready to partner. I think irrespective of this particular offer working out, the market likes him and wants him back, and will raise odds on either a takeover, or alternatively a board replacement and then Abotomey is back in (or a bit of each with a partial takeover).
