    Has anyone researched AVE?

    It is the owner of three high quality Retirement Villages in NSW, has over $50 million in cash and recently was the focus of an attempted takeover by PLF.

    Floated at 90 cents but hasn't traded below $1.49 since listing. The chart looks quite healthy and the company obviously has a lot of growth potential.

    I am holding.
