I take a view that the company in in the process / negotians of having the PPSA implemented. They cant do this and provide a running commentary to the market at the same time, such actions hurt this process.
I also appreciate that there are many here who can take a view that the PPSA has been waited for long enough can now make a judement call on their investment.
