re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... but if the gold results, DFS, financing and mining licence appls all occur before the agm, what do we suspect the SP will be?

eg.

70c - therefore options = 91c

80c - therefore options = 104c

90c - therefore options = 117c

150c - therefore options = 195c

point is we have a floating cost here, and if we get any sort of significant re-rating we are not going to be as hard done by as some interpret.

I'd prefer a resolution that states that the option price will be based on 30 April 2011 closing 5ma price. That would be more reasonable.
