$541m would be the post raise market cap assuming prices remain unchanged, and assuming the AFR is even correct (I have a feeling it'll be much smaller or at least structured differently, or perhaps fresh news to justify a higher market cap). The way dilution tends to work though is the size of the pie remains unchanged (so MC stays at $321m), and the existing pieces of pie are reduced in size.
I think it's best to wait and see what is officially announced from the company, the AFR didn't even know the raise price so I can't imagine they'd be super reliable. Street Talk is notorious for incorrect info
