I would have thought that any documented outcomes should be passed onto shareholders as a duty, rather than all of a sudden on a Monday public holiday it is suddenly appears in the media, and hence gets posted on a forum for shareholders to get the news.
It is just typical MSB management, with no respect to shareholders if this is the case.
