So some people know sales people left as I only knew 1 left and it was asked in Q&A last year. It takes time for a new sales person to be on board.

i had an expectation for them to do better in next reporting but I have to give them another 6-9 months as it does seem, the previous management gave us high hopes although at that time I thought after the nccn guidelines, it can take time for insurance companies to update their policies.

just have to be patient with this. Hopefully we can get sales traction in the near future.
