This doesn't seem to make sense - I cannot see the cost savings/benefits in this, certainly not in the current environment. I think it will just annoy existing customers WHO CAN CHURN!
This platform looks like a nightmare for older customers, and gives people ANOTHER reason to get the hell away from AGL Customer "Service"!
