I am sure that AmEx was supposedly resilient as they had the upper end of the market. Someone doesn't see it.
Looking at the US banks and financials, most of their intraday trading was flat or declined over the session. They didn't have a strong recovery at the end. Warning bells?
Any future bounce in Oz might be a shorting opportunity.
