The US market undoubtedly has a larger pool of investors compared to Australia. This can potentially lead to increased liquidity and trading activity for UUUU (converted BSE) compared to its experience on the ASX. However, the US market can also be more volatile, meaning price swings might be more pronounced in both positive and negative directions.

While options trading is available for UUUU (BSE holder can use it if they convert to UUUU) on the US market which is not available for BSE on ASX, it can be a complex strategy and may not be suitable for all investors, especially those with limited experience. For long-term holders, focusing on the company's fundamentals might take calculative approach to get the yield while waiting for re-rate.

Trading US securities involves additional tax complexities due to foreign exchange movements and potential tax implications in both the US and Australia. Hence, may not be for all retail holder of BSE to convert their stock to UUUU.

Last night wasn't good either for UUUU, but long-term who knows where it will go.
