Dubber's solution was developed by three 'salesman' who were at the right place and right time to sell an idea that never went anywhere.
They never developed any real IP wothy of a ROI, and relied on the purchase of the UK business IP to keep the lights on and their only source of revenue! Without that acquisition they had/have nothing - Dubber had under the 3 founders (of which are purely salesman by trade) nothing but a pipedream they sold to the masses during the good old COVID stock boom period.
