The 'management' is still piddling themselves over the dry holes.They obviously forgot to send the shareholders the offer documents.Pointless to take the shares up when they'll be trading well below the offer price.The post suggesting the oncoming dump by the underwriter,and others, is spot on.But the MD and his Board of Clowns will be laughing all the way to a fat salary and a bonus for failure.
