Consolidation makes great sense once the Instos show meaningful support for the stock. The last round of CR saw Instos coming into the stock, would be great if that translated into building on those positions at this level. There are evidently still holders on the registry that dont care/dont know or just trading the 8% to 10% spread (to your point). Agree with you that Mgmt has been delivering (esp. vs the comps), my sense is they are balancing focusing on the business to make sure its profitable & working on improving the quality of share registry.
