If they can't get a year out of a cap raise without something substantial going wrong or a large scope creep in what they are trying to do I'd be getting a bit worried.
Like I said though wouldn't be the first time I've asked why someone predicts a cap raise and we are supposedly in a good cash position (Not GBR specifically) then within a week I've had egg all over my face.
I'd just rather know the reasons so i don't get blindsided by something I'm not expecting.
