Has the BB been anything other than a massive debacle? It starts, they buy f*ck all. Price goes up so they stop. Price goes down and nothing happening.
In the meantime the tin price has surged so they're are accumulating more cash than they would have had even if they did the BB properly.
Old Peak selling yet no deal to get them off the register even though they could clearly do so with cash on hand.
They didn't even allocate a broker to do the BB for them. Clearly indicates how interested they were.
