based on above comments, the reference price is U$11.87, the final price will be set on Thursday (13th June 2024 ), we should have announcement tomorrow if goes well, as mentioned in article, he assume the final IPO price will be set on midpoint of the proposed price range, the company’s enterprise value at IPO (excluding underwriter options) would approximate $3.9 billion, that would set our price to around A$16.80, we will see tomorrow.
in short term it's really big bet.
long term will be no big risk if everything goes with plan, if revenue can be more than 2.4B in 2028, even EV/Sales multiples of around 3x , the MC will be 7.2BA$ which represent A$20.5 .
