Definitely the potential is there and management is a joke. In my experience all such businesses are eventually taken over. The issue is that in their arrogance the management is killing the SH wealth by not making a decision in this regard and offers will be gradually scaled down, as we are already witnessing. Sooner they take that decision is better.
