Trafigura bailed on them. Vitol are their one-stop shop for financing, offtake etc.

They should be fully funded, but you never really know with restart and ramp up risks.
Terms are what they could get.
The CHPP should do API5/NEWC. They're still evaluating SSCC.

what is the calibre and intent of the board in regards to returning capital to shareholders?I don't recall seeing a policy
what are the prospects of the mining license being extended to 2033 and beyond?Extensions have a better track record
