You might as well look at the Forbes list. Full of borderline criminals that have made their billions exploiting populations and resources of vulnerable countries. Directly or indirectly.
But nah.
Let's pretend like Putin and his "oligarchs" are the only ones in the world that are making money. Even though neither Putin nor any of his oligarchs are even in the top 50 of that Forbes list.
Because the US and EU military industrial complex certainly aren't making any money off Ukrainian deaths.
