I have the feeling they realized they effed up big time.
Apparently, Hibur is a word in Indonesian or Malaysian -- both countries where Hibur would be illegal.
Complete screwup by FFG and they are trying to put a good spin on it.
As I wrote above, it seems they hired someone's nephew in high school to do the legal due diligence.
