I completely understand where you are all coming from, I am worried about the potential perspective they have of "Why would we want 500 million BPHOB's to still be valid and exercised at 3 cents when we will could potentially issue a new set exercisable at 30+ cents?" or potentially even less options for less dilution of the already existing shares.
