As i see its up to each indivdual unless all holders join together as a class action against directors and asx.
this has been a total mess since the suspension.
If your father bought example 10,000 shares at time of delisting, they were $1.07. = $10,700.
the company has on the 11 november 2022 issued a holding statement SouthernCross payments ltd which would say closing balance 10,000.
they gave a split of 10.1 which gave your father 1,000 shares in ISXFEU on a holding statement 18 October 2021. currently in process of listing apparently overseas. These are the mention stocks on offer to be bought for 0.75cents = $750.00.
the question is why they are buying them is it for a tax loss or because they will be worth more a difficult question to answer.
Hopefully other holders put forward their thoughts and keep to sensible discussion in order for everyone to be up to date with this debacle.
    just as see it.
correct me if someone knows better.
