Whytee, my respect! Definitely a risky call of yours against the entire real-world evidence of Eylea, Beovu and Faricimab. But OPT‘s need to come up with a positive trigger for sozinibercept as soon as possible seems to have forced management into your camp.
New timelines being:
1. COAST:
Full enrollment Feb 15, 2024
Primary Completion Date Feb 13, 2025
10 weeks +/- 5 days for cleaning, analyzing and presenting the data => Topline readout Apr 20-30, 2025
2. ShORe:
Full enrollment May 28, 2024
Primary Completion Date May 27, 2025
Same 10 weeks +/- 5 days for cleaning, analyzing and presenting the data => Topline readout Aug 1-10, 2025
